Upon accepting your commission, I will give you a document template to fill out detailing exactly what you want for your commission. I advise to be as detailed as possible as more information about precisely what you want will make the process more efficient.

Very rough concept sketch will be given after composition info is provided, 3 major revisions will be allowed, any more than that will have a fee

When asking for any revisions or edits, feel free to draw over a screenshot of the artwork to give me a better idea of what you're looking for

Minor revisions (color/small marking corrections) in the clean sketch/render process will be free

Working period for each piece varies depending on category, place in queue, and whether I have school work--from few days to several weeks

Progress photos will be sent regularly as I work on the commission

Payment is required upfront once the rough concept sketch is finalized

No refunds unless I am unable to finish the piece

Once finished you will receive a full-resolution PNG file of the artwork

Commissioners may post the artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes with proper credit to me as the artist

Commissioner cannot claim the art as their own work, remove my watermarks/signatures, use it for NFTs (non-fungible tokens), hate speech, or generative AI

I am allowed to post the piece on my socials/portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise

Commercial rights can be bought with extra fee that will have to be discussed
